Who can claim

To be eligible for the RLUSD allocation, participants must meet the following criteria. Only pre-approved and verified participants can interact with the issuance and redemption process.

As outlined in the Ripple USD Whitepaper, institutional customers must undergo appropriate AML and KYC due diligence before issuance or redemption.

This allocation is part of a broader collaborative effort to seed the Real XRPL ecosystem with RLUSD liquidity. RLUSD is a regulated, 1:1 dollar-backed stablecoin issued on both the XRP Ledger and Ethereum. Its multichain design ensures fast, low-cost transactions on XRPL while maintaining full compliance through a New York DFS Limited Purpose Trust Charter.
